Global Supply Chain Manager

Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen Global Supply Chain Manager, der unsere internationale Lieferkette erfolgreich leiten und optimieren möchte.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Lieferkettenplanung und -optimierung
    • Überwachung des regionalen Nachschubplans mit Unterstützung von Drittanbietern
    • Optimierung der Lieferpläne für eine optimale Lagerhaltung von Fertigprodukten
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Supply Chain (GSC) Team zur Umsetzung von Bedarfsplänen in Lieferpläne
  • Strategische Planung und Umsetzung
    • Unterstützung des Global Raw Materials Strategy Managers bei der Rohstoffplanung für Drittanbieter-Produktionsstätten oder Lager
    • Anleitung des Lieferplaners zur Sicherstellung von Beständen auf vereinbarten Niveaus (MSLs)
  • Kooperation und Kommunikation
    • Abstimmung von Lieferzeiten, Engpässen und Kapazitätsbeschränkungen in der regionalen Lieferkette mit dem Unternehmenswertversprechen
    • Überwachung und Verwaltung der Kosten bei Drittanbietern, Optimierung der Produktionskapazität und Rohstofflieferung
  • Projektmanagement und Analyse
    • Verfolgung der KPIs der Drittanbieter gemäß Vereinbarung
    • Proaktive Identifizierung und Lösung von taktischen Betriebsproblemen
Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Supply Chain, Logistik, Betriebsmanagement, Industrial Engineering, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Marine- oder Schmierstoffindustrie
  • Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse in der Lieferkettenplanung, Kostenanalyse, Geschäftsprognose und Bestandsoptimierung
