Senior Production Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Production to join our team at AMSilk GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying our CMO industrialization strategy, overseeing all aspects of our yarn spinning activities, and ensuring that our projects meet strategic targets and stay within budgets and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement our CMO industrialization strategy to support our overall strategic plan for upscaling.
- Oversee all aspects of our yarn spinning activities, including strategy development, R&D, production, and contract negotiations with global CMOs.
- Lead our R&D department, ensuring that projects meet strategic targets and stay within budgets and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, HSE, and AMSilk's values and code of conduct.
- Execute people and organizational development initiatives to support the growth and success of our team.
- Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering.
- Extensive knowledge in leading operations, departments, or large-scale consultancy projects in the chemical, chemical recycling, chemical EPCM, or chemical fiber industry.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and global distribution networks, with the ability to use innovative technology to resolve problems and implement business solutions.
- Experience in operational KPIs, reporting, and review processes to ensure continuous improvement of operational performance.
- Fluency in business-level English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in reporting to C-Level Management and investors.
