Senior Data Center Construction Lead

A100 ROW GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Center Construction Manager to lead the management of General Contractors on one or more data center construction sites across EMEA.
As a key member of our Infrastructure Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of mission-critical data center projects. Your expertise in construction site management, contract administration, and cost control will be essential to driving project success.
Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of construction activities on assigned data center projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Manage and coordinate the work of General Contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of construction plans.
- Develop and implement comprehensive construction schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to monitor project performance and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth integration of construction activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, budget variances, and risk assessments.
- 7+ years of proven experience in construction site management, with a focus on large-scale, complex projects.
- 3+ years of responsibility for managing construction contracts and contractors, including involvement in commercial contract administration and cost control processes.
- 3+ years of experience in the construction of mission-critical facilities, such as data centers, energy plants, or industrial facilities.
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
