We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead our research group in the development of next-generation satellite navigation systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of our satellite-based navigation systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of new system proposals for next-generation satellite navigation systems
- Design and implement innovative solutions to improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system architectures and concepts
- Manage and coordinate research activities and projects related to satellite navigation systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports related to system development and research
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in engineering or natural sciences, with a focus on satellite navigation and systems engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in satellite navigation and systems engineering, with a strong background in system design, development, and testing
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of satellite navigation systems, including system architectures, signal processing, and navigation algorithms
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
