Globalization Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Globalization Delivery Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Globalization unit, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of various localization programs that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and govern the execution of SAP programs, ensuring compliant and successful delivery
  • Collaborate closely with Chief/Area Product Managers (C/APM) and scrum teams in the Globalization department
  • Establish strong relationships with central Line of Business (LoB) contacts
  • Organize and participate in program meetings for roll-in, roll-out, tracking, and coordination
  • Assist management in effectively managing projects/deliveries, particularly in cross-functional areas
  • Ensure that deliveries adhere to SAP guidelines and standards, as well as the overall program
  • Coordinate with Product teams to align their efforts with the program's objectives, utilizing existing structures and models such as Delivery Responsible and Quality Responsible
  • Manage cross-program dependencies, service groups, and stakeholders
  • Support Product Portfolio Planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Own, review, and improve Program/Delivery processes
  • Drive/Support compliance activities (e.g., audits)

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP Product Development Lifecycle and tools (e.g., JIRA, Sirius, PPMS, ACRF, ServiceNow, ECCN)
  • Strong experience working with SAP products
  • Strong cross-functional project management and team collaboration skills
  • Communication and stakeholder management capabilities at all organizational levels, from developers to higher management
  • Passion for development processes, quality, and compliance
  • Experience in leading a program holding responsibility for continuous and timely delivery in Agile mode
  • Drive process improvement activities
  • +5 years of professional working experience
