About the Role

SAP is seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Globalization Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the globalization of SAP's product offerings, ensuring our solutions meet the needs of diverse international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Localization Strategy: Define and drive the localization strategy for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM products, aligning with market requirements and business goals.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Develop and manage product roadmaps that address localization needs, integrating feedback from stakeholders and market research.
  • Project Management: Oversee localization projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, QA, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of localized features.
  • Market Analysis and Stakeholder Communication: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand localization needs and regulatory requirements in various countries, providing updates and managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Enhance the user experience by ensuring localized content and functionality meet the highest standards.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on localization and internationalization of software products.
  • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, with practical experience in payroll and HR systems specific to Germany and the UK.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English. Other languages are a plus.
