Germany Client Relationship Lead Position for International SOS

We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Lead to spearhead our program delivery in Germany, focusing on TRICARE Overseas Program management and collaboration with government stakeholders.
About the Role- This key position assumes overall responsibility for delivering client/government stakeholders collaboration and relationship management, ensuring contract execution, performance standards, and goals are achieved.
- The individual will be the lead for our business in Germany regarding TRICARE Overseas Program policy-related questions on local client/provider management and local service delivery.
- Lead, direct, and manage assigned Tricare Oversees Program Client Relationship Leads to ensure full Military Treatment Facility participation, enrolment of beneficiaries, program execution, and satisfaction.
- Responsible for client management and program oversight, serving as the principal local point of contact for all stakeholders.
- Analyze execution to evaluate country operations' performance and staff's ability to meet objectives, identifying areas for potential cost reduction, optimization, program improvement, or policy change.
- Act as a spokesperson for Government client stakeholders, staying informed about internal projects and actions impacting the client relationship.
- Lead regular formal client program updates and collaborate in their preparation.
- Direct, plan, and implement objectives, processes, and activities to ensure continued operations, including contingency planning.
- Oversee or collaborate in local operational execution alignment and issue resolution to solve organizational or departmental problems, implementing corrective action plans.
- Interpret and explain policies, rules, regulations, or laws to organizations, government officials, or individuals.
- Prepare and present reports concerning activities, government statutes, or rulings affecting businesses or program services in Germany.
- Direct or conduct studies or research on issues affecting areas of responsibility, both tactical and strategic.
- Develop and execute an engagement strategy for Germany supporting strategic initiatives in close coordination with key department stakeholders.
- Primary escalation point for contractual and policy guidance for all International SOS staff involved in TOP service delivery management.
- Oversee assigned portions of government audit reviews on-site at designated locations, ensuring quality and successful audit outcomes.
- Monitor contract performance, contract initiatives, and other contract/program-related data analytics for Germany.
- Responsible for implementing and overseeing local program education and communication programs for TOP providers & Government stakeholders.
- Oversight and support in coordinating execution of tasks impacting MTFs (or local Military Units) through in-country personnel (clinical/non-clinical) in the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with MTF leadership, military stakeholders, and relevant host nation Provider stakeholders.
- Strong senior-level client-facing experience with the ability to communicate and influence key external and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Successful track record/experience leading, coaching, and developing client-facing teams.
- Evidence of leadership positions and successful delivery.
- Change management experience.
- Experience/evidence of managing large projects and budgets is a plus.
- Prior experience working with government contracts is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, etc., and/or relevant significant work in those fields.
- Excellent English skills (oral and written).
- Native language speaker in German or highly proficient.
- Outstanding relationship builder, collaborative, and solutions-driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills, including presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the aptitude and willingness to research root causes.
- Strong leadership skills and profile.
This role can be located in our office in Neu-Isenberg or remotely, with frequent travel to Military Treatment Facilities, Military bases, and other dedicated site locations. Domestic travel will be up to 50% of the time. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
