Financial Operations Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Evmos. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations across our entities. You will work closely with our operations colleagues and cross-functional team members to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute monthly accounting tasks, including working with our partner firms.
- Manage team budgets using G-Sheets and preferred SaaS tools, such as Moss and Quickbooks.
- Prepare detailed spend reports for team and executive leadership.
- Lead payroll processes, including managing platforms like Deel and Datev.
- Support multisig/wallet operations for the Evmos Foundation using Gnosis Safe and Anchorage.
- Prepare financial reports for monthly investor briefings to keep stakeholders informed.
- Support operations leadership with special projects related to human resources, legal, and finance.
- Previous experience in banking, finance, or strategy consulting.
- Ability to work autonomously and create own goals and desired outcomes for the role.
- Excellent, proactive communication skills.
- Ability to share knowledge and provide support when needed.
- Comfortable learning and working with new technologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of the team and project.
- Take the initiative to propose or explore solutions for improvement.
- Fluent communication skills in English (verbal and written) and German (verbal and written).
