Job Title: Senior Project Leader Embedded Systems

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading and managing embedded systems projects from kick-off to lessons learned. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying innovations and recognizing technical trends to develop ideas for Hitex products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold project responsibility from kick-off to lessons learned along the V-model
  • Identify innovations from the projects and recognize technical trends
  • Optimize development process and promote standardization in the company
  • Monitor technical implementation within defined quality and deadline specifications
  • Support sales department in project acquisition (clarification of technical details, cost estimation)
  • Report directly to the head of engineering

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing embedded systems/embedded software projects
  • Profound knowledge of a functional safety standard (e.g. ISO 26262, IEC 61508 or similar)
  • Experience in the application and maintenance of a quality management system
  • Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
