Wir suchen einen engagierten Controller (m/w/d) Commercial/Sales, der sich für die Weiterentwicklung unseres integrierten Steuerungskonzepts begeistert. Als Teil unseres Teams Sales Controlling wirst du gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen am Ausbau des konzernweiten Commercial und Sales Business Partnering arbeiten.

Deine Rolle:

Als Controller (m/w/d) Commercial/Sales wirst du eine wichtige Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung unseres Steuerungskonzepts spielen. Du wirst gemeinsam mit dem Team die strategischen und operativen Ziele der commercial functions überwachen und analysieren. Deine Aufgaben werden darin bestehen, Berichte und Zahlen aufzubereiten, zu analysieren und auszuwerten, sowie Handlungsempfehlungen zu entwickeln und diese proaktiv in das Business einzuführen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Der Ausbau des konzernweiten Commercial und Sales Business Partnering
  • Die Weiterentwicklung unseres integrierten Steuerungskonzepts
  • Die Überwachung und Analyse strategischer und operativer Ziele der commercial functions
  • Die Aufbereitung, Analyse und Bewertung von Berichten und Zahlen
  • Die Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen und deren proaktive Umsetzung im Business
  • Die Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen für die Business Partner und unser Management

Dein Profil:

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, der Produktkalkulation oder im Pricing
  • Ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) und gute Kenntnisse in SAP BW und S4Hana
