Job Opportunity

CS Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our space business in Germany.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver tailored proposals that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Analyze customer and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify and qualify new leads, and work with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Support the development of proposals for client tenders, and track and report on proposal progress.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development, preferably in the space industry or an equivalent engineering industry in an international environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and commercial skills, with the ability to interact and negotiate with customers at all levels.
  • A self-starter with a high level of motivation, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French or German or another European language is an advantage.
