Recipe Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled Recipe Coordinator to join our team at Picnic. As a key member of our Store team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining week-on-week content through the configuration and optimization of our app-based campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute in-app campaigns, from article selection to page configuration
- Identify commercial opportunities to drive sales and conversion, and improve the offer for our customers every day
- Manage our store, ensuring zero waste while guaranteeing high availability
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign results
- Collaborate closely with various teams, from category managers to targeting and design specialists
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant and commercial working experience
- Customer-focused with a commercial mindset
- Exceptional planning skills, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
- Drive to deal with day-to-day operations and keen attention to detail
- Fluent in both German and English
