Key Responsibilities- Content Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain week-on-week content through the configuration and optimization of our app-based campaigns on all our pages.
- Commercial Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities to drive sales and conversion and improve the offer for our customers every day.
- Store Management: Manage our store, ensuring zero waste while guaranteeing high availability.
- Result Tracking and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign results.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with various teams, from category managers to targeting and design specialists.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant and commercial working experience.
- Skills: Customer-focused with a commercial mindset, exceptional planning skills, drive to deal with day-to-day operations, and keen attention to detail.
- Language: Fluent in both German and English.
