Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement renewal strategies for designated strategic accounts
- Deliver monthly updates on accounts at risk of non-renewal and propose enhancement strategies
- Coordinate training sessions for clients and promote effective product usage
- Manage the renewal process and address any client inquiries
- Spot opportunities for revenue growth and work closely with the sales team
- Keep precise client records and maintain communication through various channels
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in customer engagement or sales roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
