Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast and track performance
  • Model operational processes and cash flow to inform business decisions
  • Analyze business performance, cash flows, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Support the preparation of monthly business performance reporting and board meetings
  • Contribute to business unit decision-making processes with data-driven insights
  • Participate in annual planning and ad hoc scenario analyses to drive strategic growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial modeling and data analysis in an industrial business environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced data analytics and visualization skills
  • Strong analytical skills and structural thinking
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Open-minded thinking and a positive attitude
  • Business-fluent German and English
