Join Our Team as an HR Manager

We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with our Senior leaders and propose HR strategy to build organizational capabilities, develop diverse talent, and enable employee engagement. As the HR Manager for our commercial DACH teams and EMEA Service teams, you'll own the right HR strategy and action plan to support our business goals.

Your Responsibilities
  • Define and execute HR strategy to support Commercial and Service Director, including headcount plan evolution, staffing game plan, and organization design.
  • Lead impactful HR projects for EMEA and act as a change agent to support business evolution.
  • Coach managers to have a diverse organization aligned with business strategy, ensuring robust succession plans, strong development plans, and proactive performance management.
  • Proactively assist and advise managers on day-to-day Human Resource topics, in accordance with employment law, local best practice, and HR policies.
  • Ensure good interaction with the Work council in Germany.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a Behavioral Science (CIPD a distinct advantage).
  • 7 years' experience as an HR Business Partner in Germany and multi-countries.
  • Good knowledge of law and Employment topics in Germany.
  • Good understanding of business challenges with an appetite for commercial and Service functions.
  • Experience supporting managers and employees or HR projects across countries and in multi-cultural environments.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
