Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our B2C Sales Team at IU Internationale Hochschule. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, including students, alumni, and industry partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2C or B2B sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
