Project Quality Manager

We're looking for a skilled Project Quality Manager to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the product meets quality criteria in each project phase. Your expertise in risk management and quality process development will be essential in driving our product's maturity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product and process maturity of projects
  • Evaluate risk of technical issues
  • Create and maintain Project Maturity Risk Reports
  • Interface with all departments
  • Organize PDP lessons learned and further development
  • Prepare product and overall maturity committees
  • Coordinate overall vehicle Quality approval and release
  • Plan, organize, and conduct product/quality reviews

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in engineering or similar studies
  • 3-5 years experience in Quality Management and in Automotive Industry
  • 3-5 years experience in the field of automotive new product projects
  • Professional experience in launch process and/or product development processes
  • Ability to create new quality standards and project KPIs
  • High technical understanding in automotive industry
  • High team skills
  • High empathy and communication skill
  • High organizational skills and result orientation
