Main Responsibilities

  • Fill and package finished syringes
  • Ensure a smooth and uninterrupted production process
  • Implement assigned tasks within the department to achieve production goals
  • Organize the machine team at the facility in the respective shift
  • Work in accordance with GMP regulations and document all activities
  • Deliver high-quality production performance in accordance with batch planning

Qualifications and Skills

  • Typically, completed training in a technical/pharmaceutical or related field
  • Good knowledge of GMP regulations, hygiene practices, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Good communication with colleagues and members of other teams and departments
  • Organizational skills
  • Customer-oriented, task-oriented, and results-oriented work style
  • Teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in a shift system (3-shift model)
