Main Responsibilities

  • Filling of pre-filled syringes
  • Implementation of a smooth and interruption-free production process
  • Implementation of assigned tasks within the department to achieve production targets
  • Organization of the machine team at the plant in the respective shift
  • Compliance with GMP and documentation
  • Production of high-quality products in accordance with the batch plan

Qualifications & Skills

  • Typically completed training in a technical/pharmaceutical or related field
  • Good GMP knowledge, hygiene knowledge, practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Good communication with colleagues and members of other teams and departments
  • Organizational skills
  • Customer-oriented, task-oriented, and result-oriented working style
  • Team skills
  • Willingness to work in a shift system (3-shift model)
