Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Service Technician to join our team at Fahrrad XXL Emporon GmbH, a leading bicycle retailer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Repair Bicycles: Conduct thorough inspections of bicycles brought in for service, identifying any issues or damage and providing repair estimates to customers.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers regarding repair costs, timelines, and any additional services required.
  • Parts Procurement: Order replacement parts as needed to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our mechanics to ensure seamless repair processes and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Passion for Cycling: A genuine passion for bicycles and a strong understanding of bike components is essential for this role.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience as a Bicycle Mechanic, Fahrradmonteur, or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are crucial for success in this position.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills is necessary for managing customer information and processing transactions.
