• Evaluate bicycles submitted for maintenance
• Prepare and discuss repair cost estimates with clients
• Acquire replacement components as needed
• Collaborate with fellow mechanics to ensure timely repairs

• A genuine enthusiasm for bicycles and familiarity with bike parts
• Previous experience as a Bicycle Mechanic, Fahrradmonteur, or in a comparable position
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Basic proficiency in computer usage
