About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchasing Process Manager. As a key member of our Energy Office team, you will be responsible for managing our purchasing process end-to-end, supporting our team's administrative activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our section.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the section with a range of administrative and organizational tasks
  • Perform and control our purchasing process
  • Maintain our license management process
  • Oversee contract archiving to adhere to relevant policies
  • Update our process documentation
  • Contribute to the overall team spirit and success

About You

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student (Study focus in the field of informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, humanities or other relevant fields) student and have completed at least 2 semesters
  • You have strong analytical skills and a desire to learn
  • You have a passion for details and an investigative nature
  • You are self-organized and possess a structured working method
  • You are versatile in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and prior experience using SharePoint
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English
