Your Role in Our Energy Office Team

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Energy Office team as a Purchasing Process Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our purchasing process end-to-end, supporting our administrative activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our section.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our purchasing process, including procuring software licenses and hardware in line with the needs of our Product teams.
  • Enhance and maintain the quality of our license database and documentation.
  • Actively manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing the section's calendar, staff on/off-boarding, and general office tasks.
  • Oversee our Jira Kanban Board and backlog to keep tasks organized and help the team stay on track with priorities.
Your Profile
  • You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university, with a focus in informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, humanities, or other relevant fields.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a desire to learn.
  • You possess a passion for details and an investigative nature.
  • You are self-organized and have a structured working method.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and have prior experience using SharePoint.
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English.
