Financial Consolidation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Consolidation Manager to join our team at SGL Carbon. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and reliable financial information to external and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the monthly consolidation of financial statements for the entire group and prepare quarterly and annual reporting, including consolidated income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Take responsibility for KPI reporting, including the annual budgeting process and deviation analysis.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards and other relevant regulatory requirements, such as ESG reporting.
- Manage and support group projects, including M&A, financial due diligence, and legal entity structuring measures.
We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with a university degree in group-accounting or a similar field. You should have at least 4 years of experience in group accounting, preferably in an international industrial company or auditing firm.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and experience with SAP SEM-BCS consolidation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
