Financial Planning Manager

Join Abbott's team as a Financial Planning Manager, responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the EMEA Area Commercial Operations team and Country Controllers. This role will serve as the key coordination manager for all financial systems, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for business and compliance purposes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate financial systems and ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements
- Provide financial leadership and counsel to the EMEA Area Commercial Operations team and Country Controllers
- Lead the financial planning process for Balance Sheet, Capital, Cash Flow, and Audit & Compliance
- Manage and coordinate the forecasting processes for Balance Sheet, Capital projects, and Cash Flow
- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of progressive finance/accounting/Audit experience
- Understanding of Divisional financial process
- Ability to interact with all levels of management
- Prior leadership experience
- Excellent system skills, especially with Dodeca, Power BI, SAP, HFM, and Excel
