Administrative Assistant for Production Services

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Production Services team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our international, multi-location team, ensuring seamless operations and elevated performance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure all commitments are met.
- Assist in managing communications, including drafting and proofreading emails on behalf of management team.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management team.
- Organize travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow-up such as booking of travel expenses.
- Organize and prepare meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Manage shared drives and communities.
- Provide additional support to team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
- Excellent English language communication skills - both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in administrative assistant roles.
- Great ability to manage multiple tasks, to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations with composure.
- A high degree of initiative, discretion, and professionalism and the capability to operate independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and talent to create/design easy to consume presentations.
- Collaborative in nature and able to build relationships with similar functions across SAP.
- + 3 years of professional experience.
