We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Logistics Manager to lead our logistics operations in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing the efforts of management personnel and staff involved in providing support to our programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight to ensure work is accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and implement performance standards and internal controls.
- Coordinate activities involving customers, other organizations, and company leadership.
- Define training requirements and develop employee skills.
- Oversee employee compliance with company directives, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and 10-15 years of experience in logistics management.
- Minimum of 2 years in a management capacity.
