Senior Program Manager

Job Summary
KBR is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our contingency logistics efforts in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing program activities, developing acquisition strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze program activities, including acquisition program planning, proposal pricing, financial management, cost analysis, and management techniques
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve program objectives safely and within agreed time, cost, technical, quality, and other performance criteria
- Compile and review budgets against actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, and other data sources to control budgets and provide proper financial decisions
- Participate in the control of costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
- Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
Requirements
- Master's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 15 or more years of relevant experience within the program
- Professional Certification in Program Management
