Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shipments to third-party fulfillers, implementing new standards and services according to Amazon Marketplace guidelines, and supporting internal functions such as shipping, logistics, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Implement new standards and services according to Amazon Marketplace guidelines
  • Support internal functions such as shipping, logistics, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with category management to optimize supply chain processes
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring delivery times and shipment statuses
  • Generate reports to identify discrepancies and shipment statuses
  • Work with software tools such as Amazon Sellercentral, Asana, Excel, and more
  • Lead process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for logistics and supply chain management
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with software tools

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon FBA/Seller Central and previous work with carriers and/or customs
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Confluence, and Monday
  • Knowledge of Excel VBA and experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Language and License
