Position Overview

Cinemo is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead SaaS to lead and inspire agile teams in building and maintaining innovative SaaS offerings. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for expanding and mentoring your team, leading them in an agile environment, and ensuring the delivery of customer values iteratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Expand and mentor your team, fostering a healthy feedback culture and promoting agile software craftsmanship.
  • Agile Environment: Lead your team in an agile environment, continuously improving the way of working and adapting to a highly dynamic business.
  • Recruitment and Growth: Recruit new team members and grow your team in a healthy way, ensuring the right skills and expertise are in place.
  • Customer Value Delivery: Enable teams to deliver customer values iteratively, working closely with Product Management and UX to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate stakeholders and help the team work on the right priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Guide and teach your team to produce high-quality code, adhere to modern agile software craftsmanship and testing approaches, and ensure service quality, security, and operability.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, agile, and management topics to ensure your team's expertise remains current.
Requirements
  • Technical Leadership Experience: Several years of experience in technical leadership or people management in software engineering.
  • Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge and understanding of architectures and system designs in a SaaS environment.
  • Software Development Experience: Multiple years of experience in professional software development.
  • Agile Development Practices: Working experience with agile development practices and active ambassador of modern engineering practices.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent English and excellent international communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Highly communicative and collaborative, striving to achieve the best solution for all.
