Position Overview

Cinemo is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead SaaS to lead and inspire agile teams in building and maintaining innovative SaaS offerings. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for expanding and mentoring your team, leading them in an agile environment, and ensuring the delivery of customer values iteratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Growth and Development: Expand and mentor your team, fostering a healthy feedback culture and promoting agile software craftsmanship.
  • Agile Leadership: Lead your team in an agile environment, continuously improving the way of working and adapting to a highly dynamic business.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate stakeholders and help the team work on the right priorities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Quality and Security: Guide and teach your team to produce high-quality code, ensuring service quality, security, and operability.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, agile, and management topics, applying this knowledge to drive team success.
Requirements
  • Technical Leadership Experience: Several years of experience in technical leadership or people management in software engineering.
  • Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge and understanding of architectures and system designs in a SaaS environment.
  • Software Development Experience: Multiple years of experience in professional software development.
  • Agile Development: Working experience with agile development practices and active ambassador of modern engineering practices.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent English and excellent international communication skills.
