Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Project (m/w/d), der anspruchsvolle Projekte eigenverantwortlich leitet und zum Erfolg führt.

Aufgaben
  • Leitung und Steuerung der Projektentwicklung von der Grundstücksakquise über die Konzeption bis zur Bauausführung und Übergabe an die Nutzer
  • Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Umsetzung des Projekts unter Einhaltung der Planungs- und Baukosten
  • Erstellung, Überwachung und Einhaltung von Termin- und Finanzplänen sowie Sicherstellung der Vertragserfüllung
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Zeit- und Budgetvorgaben sowie die Steuerung des gesamten Projekts
  • Qualitätskontrolle in Planung und Ausführung, inklusive der Überprüfung der Vertragserfüllung durch Planer und Bauunternehmen
  • Unterstützung bei Vermarktungs- und Vermietungsaktivitäten sowie Betreuung der Mieter und Käufer
  • Aktive Beteiligung an Kauf- und Verkaufsprozessen, insbesondere in baulichen und planerischen Belangen
  • Übernahme der technischen Due Diligence
  • Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Serviceangebots
Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Architektur, Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Hochbauprojekten sowie im Management von Bauprojekten
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands, circa 1-2 Tage pro Woche
  • Strukturierte, präzise und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Eigenverantwortung
  • Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Begeisterung für kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung
  • Leidenschaft für eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und die Führung interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden und -tools
