Job Description

As a Customer Success Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of student employees and ensuring the successful implementation of our marketing concepts. You will help our partners achieve success in recruiting and employer branding by supporting them in the implementation of attractive marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of student employees as a Team Lead
  • Ensure the successful implementation of our marketing concepts and help our partners achieve success in recruiting and employer branding
  • Be responsible for the content and technical optimization of marketing activities and campaigns for our corporate customers
  • Analyze product, customer, and performance data, identify potential, and develop the Customer Success department and our products further
Requirements
  • You have a good university degree (business administration, marketing, communication science, business development, etc.)
  • You are looking for a career entry with a lateral entry or have already gained some experience in the field
  • You communicate confidently and take on responsibility
  • You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
  • You bring ideal practical experience from the marketing field, preferably through internships or work student positions
  • You speak German at least at C1 level
