Senior Full Stack Developer for Globalization HCM Payroll

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Globalization Development Team for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our localized solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement features from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop high-quality software solutions using latest technologies such as microservice development architecture and Business AI
- Collaborate with other development teams and product management colleagues to provide localization requirements
- Participate in code reviews and share best-practice knowledge with colleagues
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from design and development through to deployment
- Design solutions to complex problems and requirements in collaboration with others in a cross-functional team
- Minimum of 3 years professional work experience in a developer role in engineering and software architecture design, building and distributing software tools, and solutions in an agile environment
- Strong programming and analytical skills, experience in HCM SuccessFactors and Payroll / TimeManagement solution would be beneficial
- Extensive experience in the full life cycle of software development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment
- Experience with ABAP or JAVA development for business and transaction logic (J2EE etc.)
- Proven track record of successful project/product performance regarding customer satisfaction, quality deliverables and on-time delivery
