Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Globalization Development Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solution, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience with microservice development architecture and Business AI, and a passion for innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features and enhancements for our SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features
- Participate in code reviews and share best practices with colleagues
- Work closely with product management colleagues to understand localization requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborate with other development teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years professional work experience in a developer role, with a strong background in software development and architecture design
- Experience with microservice development architecture and Business AI
- Strong programming and analytical skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
