About the Role

We are seeking a Team Assistant (m/w/d) Backoffice (20h/Week) to join our team. As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing and documenting test protocols and inspection reports
  • Creating templates for test reports
  • Performing classical office tasks such as mail handling, filing, ordering, invoicing, and general office organization to support our colleagues
  • Supporting the receipt and dispatch of samples
  • Preparing sampling equipment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A commercial education or relevant work experience
  • We welcome career changers and new entrants to the profession
  • Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking are a prerequisite
