About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Suspension Design Engineer to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a key member of our high-performance team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced suspension systems for motorsport and automotive applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead suspension design and development projects from concept to completion.
  • Create suspension kinematic layouts, perform calculations, and validate designs to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Oversee the manufacturing processes of suspension components, including welded assemblies and additive manufacturing.
  • Develop conceptual and detailed designs of race suspensions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or a related field.
  • Possess exceptional design skills and knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and materials.
  • Have extensive experience in motorsport parts layout and high-performance component design, particularly in areas like F1, WEC, WRC, DTM, GT3, or GT4.
  • Be proficient with CATIA V5, FEM, classical calculation methods, data management systems, and MS Office.
  • Demonstrate a responsible, analytical, and creative approach to work, with strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
