Senior Suspension Design Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Suspension Design Engineer to join our high-performance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing advanced suspension systems, from concept to completion. Your expertise will be crucial in creating 2D layouts, performing calculations, and validating designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead suspension design and development projects
  • Create suspension kinematic layouts and perform calculations
  • Develop conceptual and detailed designs of race suspensions, ensuring they meet the highest standards
  • Deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or a related field
  • Possess exceptional design skills and knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and materials
  • Have extensive experience in motorsport parts layout and high-performance component design, particularly in areas like F1, WEC, WRC, DTM, GT3, or GT4
  • Be proficient with CATIA V5, FEM, classical calculation methods, data management systems, and MS Office
  • Demonstrate a responsible, analytical, and creative approach to work, with strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
