About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Assist in planning and executing HR-IT projects, ensuring the success of digital transformation initiatives for clients.
  • Workshops and Training: Prepare and facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Create comprehensive presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate project progress, outcomes, and recommendations.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with our consultants to develop and implement innovative HR technology solutions tailored to client needs.

About You
  • CURRENTLY ENROLLED AS A FULL-TIME STUDENT IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, IT, OCCUPATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY OR RELATED FIELDS.
  • Strong affinity for IT and a willingness to continuously learn, adapt to new technologies, and navigate through different client needs and organizational structures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conducting workshops, delivering presentations, and engaging with clients.
  • Professional working proficiency (C1) in German and English.
  • Initial experience in HR or IT is a plus.
