Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The Nordex Group is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Advanced Quality Engineering team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards of new product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower cross-functional implementation of the Advanced Quality Strategy in product development stage on system level
  • Ensure product robustness for manufacturability by balancing quality with cost and delivery
  • Continuous improvement of the product development process and adjacent processes
  • Coaching and mentoring of Advanced Quality relevant methods and tools
  • Quality is our mission: Your activities will be visible throughout the company

Requirements:

  • You are holding a Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent) in the field of Mechanical-/ Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience (min. 5 years) as quality, design or manufacturing engineer (or similar)
  • Profound project management experience: You have been delivering multi-national projects successfully for several years
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain quality with demonstrated track record in applying corresponding methods and tools. Ideally, you are holding Six Sigma, APQP or comparable certificates
  • Ability to work on all organizational levels in a constantly changing environment: You are a structured and highly organized team-player
  • English spoken and written fluently is mandatory, German and/or Spanish are a plus
  • Creative, humorous, and convincing manners: You like working with people
