The Role

The Digital Content Editor will play a pivotal role in supporting MotorK's customers and the broader marketing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Content modifications within our CMS (WebSpark), updating and modifying text and images based on customer requests.
  • Promotional rollouts, collaborating with the marketing department for the creation and launch of promotional Landing Pages.
  • Supporting client requests on various platforms, including reporting and marketing assistance.
  • Issue management, initiating tickets for client-reported bugs and development needs, and coordinating resolution with Support, Tech, and Dev teams.
  • Client communication, regularly updating the client on project status.
  • Stakeholder management, addressing all requests, complaints, and queries from dealers.
  • Supporting the local marketing team with translations, event organization, and content management for websites and social media.

Requirements

Our ideal Digital Content Editor will have previous experience in digital project management, ideally within the automotive industry. Key qualifications include:

  • Marketing campaign management: experience in creating, piloting, and delivering lead-generating campaigns.
  • Budget management: skills in managing marketing budgets and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Sales and marketing experience: experience in commercial development, client relations, and portfolio management.
  • German native level and English fluency.

Work Pattern and Location

  • 40 hours a week, permanent role.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Office based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
