Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to join our team at ODDO BHF. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our corporate website, social media presence, and digital marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement and manage our corporate website using a new CMS, ensuring seamless migration and adaptation of content.
- Collaborate with external agencies to optimize our website's search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, leveraging analytics tools to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Manage JIRA ticketing and provide feedback on web design projects.
- Lead social media management efforts, including content creation, community engagement, and reporting.
- Develop and implement global YouTube and Vimeo strategies, as well as a video platform strategy.
- Monitor and manage our online reputation, supporting HR and sales teams as needed.
- Collaborate on group-wide initiatives and projects, contributing to the external visibility of our flagship initiatives.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Communications.
- Fluency in German, French, and English.
- Strong soft skills for team collaboration and international environments.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to think strategically and conceptualize campaigns.
- Knowledge of the financial sector and SCRUM methodology is a plus.
