About the Position
As a Senior Venture Architect at BridgeMaker GmbH, you will play a key role in driving innovation and growth through our venture projects. You will work closely with our venture partners to develop new strategies and projects that leverage a consumer-oriented approach. As part of a diverse team of Venture Architects, you will be heavily involved in individual projects and take on team responsibility and project management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project work for our ventures in the phases of Ideation, Conception, Incubation, and Growth
- Identify new trends and technologies to inform business strategy
- Evaluate new business ideas and develop conceptual designs for market entry
- Develop and implement market entry strategies for new business models
- Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
- Interface with Venture Partners to drive collaboration and growth
Requirements
- Minimum Master's degree, MBA, or similar higher-level degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Approx. 2-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, project management, or start-up development
- Strong knowledge of project management and idea management
- Ability to cooperate with customers and stakeholders
- Technical affinity and analytical skills
- Sustainable and proactive work approach
