Venture Strategy Intern

At MVP Factory, we provide an enriching and stimulating internship experience. As an intern, you will collaborate with our teams on daily operations and special initiatives, gaining insights into our business from various angles. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the innovation and implementation of new concepts that enhance customer satisfaction while acquiring cross-functional experience across our business sectors and exploring our industry-leading solutions.
We are looking for interns across multiple disciplines including Business Development, Operations, Consulting, Design, and Product Management.
Depending on your role, experience, and interests, you will:
- Gain valuable insights into internet startups, the agency and service sector, and the digital consulting landscape.
- Conceive, organize, and develop innovative product and business venture concepts.
- Engage in negotiations with prospective business partners.
- Prepare documentation for strategic decisions or presentations.
- Assist in marketing initiatives.
- Conduct (market) research.
- Take ownership of operational tasks and help create efficient and effective processes in our project management.
Note that we are experiencing rapid growth, and successful interns may be offered a full-time position upon completion of their internship.
Qualifications- Completed at least the 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or currently pursuing your Master's/MBA.
- You possess a strong academic background and have gained relevant practical experience in related sectors.
- You are flexible and can commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3-6 months.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- The capacity to merge quantitative analysis with effective communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German to engage directly with our clients, along with excellent interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment.
- The ability to take initiative and work independently, complemented by strong teamwork skills and a passion for engaging with others.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, keen interest in the startup or consulting field, and a readiness to take on challenges.
- Adaptability, resilience, and efficiency, even in high-pressure scenarios.
- A high level of organizational skills - you are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
