Production Coordinator

AERO HighProfessionals, a leading partner of Airbus and one of the largest personnel service providers in the aerospace industry, is seeking a highly skilled Fertigungsplaner (m/w/d) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing and production planning concepts to optimize production processes.
• Coordinate and conduct production trials to evaluate and improve manufacturing procedures and workflows.
• Specify and procure components in accordance with project assignments to ensure timely and complete delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.
• Identify and implement cost improvement measures and manage external suppliers and projects.

Requirements:

• Completed technical education or vocational training in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production planning, project management, and manufacturing coordination.
• Advanced MS Office and SAP skills.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
