Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for each new venture, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and set ambitious growth goals.
- Develop testing and growth hack ideas, set targets and priorities for your team, and evaluate the delivery and provide feedback.
- Encourage experimentation and data-driven decision making to optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
- Stay ahead of market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape, and ensure that these insights are communicated to the product team.
- Measure the success of growth initiatives, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance continually.
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth Roles, or Product Marketing.
- Experience in setting up, leading, and evaluating multiple complex projects, including resource planning, effective risk, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in developing GTM strategies by executing growth campaigns across performance marketing, CRM, retail, and partnership channels.
- Great analytical skills and strong business acumen, being skilled in developing business cases and making swift, initial assessments.
- Leadership experience with interdisciplinary teams and a strong ability to foster a culture of open, constructive feedback.
