Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Ten Brinke Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Supervise and direct construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety protocols.

• Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager or equivalent role, with a strong track record of delivering complex construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, including building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex construction issues.
• Proficiency in construction software, including project management tools and building information modeling (BIM) systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality delivery.
