Working Student Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Working Student to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in onboarding and offboarding of students, ensuring a seamless transition process.
- Manage and create communication resources, including presentations and documents.
- Organize internal sessions, such as knowledge transfer sessions and team meetings, to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Support in the creation of PowerPoint presentations for relevant team topics.
- Assist in SharePoint Administration, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our digital assets.
- Gather team feedback to improve team processes and communication.
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
- Computer skills: MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus.
- Good design skills and ability to create visually appealing resources.
- Very good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of IT processes.
- Ability to work on ideas independently and present them effectively.
- Team player with good organizational skills.
