Mental Health Program Director

Our programs focus on Third-Wave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Behavior Change methods, and we run online groups of 4-6 participants, with hours of sessions per week for ~ 8 weeks. Participants learn about the techniques and contents with the help of selected high-quality material, such as online workbooks and online courses.
Your mission as Program Manager will be to:
* Iterate and extend the current program content and facilitator training based on feedback from participants and facilitators
* Manage the execution of the next program iteration and facilitators
* Create and test a 1:1 buddy version of the current program
* Own the product department
* Support building the community of facilitators and participants (optional)
* Support research, e.g., with the Randomized Controlled Trial (optional)
We have an evaluation system in place to measure the success of sessions and programs.
Requirements:
* Graduate degree in psychology/psychotherapy or comparable field
* Track record of high participant or client ratings
* Experience with group facilitation, treatment methods, and program development
* English at a C2-level
* Bonus: experience with training facilitators, therapists, or coaches, and community building
